Qualifications for availing incentives:

1. 1. 1. These incentives apply to all registered enterprises with the Naga City Investment Board.
      2. The enterprise is a Filipino-owned single proprietorship, partnership, corporation or cooperative organized under Philippine laws with at least sixty percent (60%) of the outstanding capital stock owned and held by Filipinos; and at least sixty percent (60%) of the members of the Board of Directors are citizens of the Philippines.
      3. The applicant-enterprise pays a non-refundable registration fee.

Registration Fee

*Enterprises availing of green incentives shall pay a uniform fee of P 100.00.

1. The place and nature of business are among the identified Priority Investment Activities in Priority Investment Areas.

Registered enterprises can enjoy FISCAL and NON-FISCAL INCENTIVES.*

1. Fiscal Incentives for New Investments
   • First 5 Years – Basic real property taxes exemption
   • First 5 Years – Business taxes exemption
2. Fiscal Incentives for Expansion Projects
   • First 5 Years – Basic real property taxes exemption
3. Fiscal Incentives for Joint Agri-Business Venture
   • First 6 Years – Basic real property taxes exemption
   • First 6 Years – Business taxes exemption

4. Non-Fiscal Incentives
   • Assistance in securing local permits and licenses;
   • Assistance in identifying business location and factory sites;
   • Joint ventures match-making;
   • Facilitating access to financial and technical assistance programs of the government;
   • Facilitating service connections with local utilities.

• Green Incentives
  • Repainting once every 3 years – Deduction from gross receipts its direct painting cost but not to exceed 30% of gross receipts for the year
  • Regreening once every 3 years – Deduct P10,000 from its gross receipts for each growing trees but not to exceed thirty percent of its gross receipts for the year
  • Sign Boards – Placement free of any fees, tax or charges
  • Landscaping once every 3 years – Deduct from its gross receipts its direct landscaping cost but not to exceed thirty percent of its gross receipts for the tax year
  • Production of organic fertilizer first 5 years – (a) Exemption from the payment of all business taxes; (b) Exemption from the payment of basic real property tax; and (c) Exemption from the payment of all local non-regulatory fees and charges.
