Hon. Jefson Romeo Felix was a former City Youth Vice Mayor and Presiding Officer in 2023. He now sits as ex-officio member of the Sanggunian being head of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation, formally assuming his position at the city council during its 67th Regular Session on November 21, 2023.
