PRE-OPERATION
  1. Register with SEC, DTI or CDA
  2. If availing national incentives, register with PEZA, BOI or TIEZA

OPERATION
  1. Secure Mayor’s Permit
  2. Register with BIR
  3. Register with SSS, Philhealth &  Pagibig

LAND DEVELOPMENT

Raw land development can be a tedious task that requires due diligence from investors who intend to develop a parcel of land or construct a building for mixed-use or other purposes. Below are the steps for land development:

  1. If land is currently agricultural:
    • DAR Conversion
    • Land Reclassification
  2. If land is not classified as agricultural under the City’s Land Use Plan but is intended for use other its current zoning (ex. Residential to Commercial);
    • Land Rezoning
  3. If developing a subdivision or condominium
    • Preliminary approval & Locational clearance
    • Development Permit

FACILITY CONSTRUCTION

To ensure safety and compliance with infrastructure and building standards secure all necessary permits and clearance from Office of the Building Official/ City Engineer’s Office

  1. Before the start of construction or renovation:
    • Building Permit
  2. After Construction or renovation
    • Occupancy permit

OPERATION

You must secure a business permit from the city government before the start of operation. You also need to register with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and other national government agencies providing social protection programs.
