Since 1988, Naga City has built a reputation for being a Model of Good Local Governance founded on the core elements of transparency, accountability, and participation. We are home to Jesse M. Robredo’s servant leadership that pioneered the Citizen’s Charter, People’s Council Participation, and iGovernance program among others.
TRANSPARENCY – Naga City has consistently made available for the public all documents pertaining to City’s Budget, Expenditures, Contracts and Loans, Procurements Plans and other reports that its constituents should be made aware of.
