Summary: This ordinance establishes the rental rate for the city-owned rice transplanter. The rate is set at One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos (P1,960.00) per hectare. For areas less than one hectare, the rental rate will be proportional to the area. The rental rate is subject to periodic review based on the recommendation of the City Agriculturist Office. The Office of the City Agriculturist is also responsible for preparing operational guidelines for the management, operation, and upkeep of the machinery.
