ORDINANCE NO. 2023-011
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF THE INCENTIVES OF NAGA CITY SCHOLARS IN THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND PESOS (P879,000.00), CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE CURRENT APPROPRIATION UNDER THE ITEM SCHOLARSHIP GRANT FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF EDUCATION, SCHOLARSHIP AND SPORTS OFFICE (ESSO):

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The payment of the incentives of Naga City Scholars amounting to Eight Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand Pesos (P879,000.00) is hereby authorized, chargeable against the current appropriation under the item Scholarship Grant from the General Fund of Education, Scholarship And Sports Office (ESSO);
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
