Summary: This ordinance reallocates Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Seven Pesos (P18,507.00) from the “Salaries and Wages-Casual” account within the Personal Services Budget of the Market Enterprise and Promotion Office (MEPO). This amount is reverted to the unappropriated balance and subsequently appropriated to “Terminal Leave Benefits” within the same office.

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVEN PESOS (P18,507.00) FROM SALARIES AND WAGES-CASUAL IN THE PERSONAL SERVICES BUDGET OF MARKET ENTERPRISE AND PROMOTION OFFICE (MEPO), AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO TERMINAL LEAVE BENEFITS UNDER THE SAME OFFICE:-
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The amount of Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Seven Pesos (P18,507.00) from Salaries and Wages-Casual in the Personal Services Budget of Market Enterprise and Promotion Office (MEPO) is hereby reverted to unappropriated balance, and appropriated the same to Terminal Leave Benefits under the same office;
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
