This ordinance updates Section 15 of Ordinance No. 2006-044, as amended, to reflect increased franchise fees and performance bond requirements for terminals in Naga City. The measure ensures sustainable regulatory enforcement and operational responsibility among terminal franchise holders.

Updated Rates by Terminal Destination:

Northbound (Canaman, Bombon, Magarao, etc.) ₱20,000 ₱120,000
North Suburbs (Camaligan/Canaman) ₱7,500 ₱80,000
Eastbound (Pili, Rinconada, Partido, Albay) ₱37,500 ₱120,000
South Suburbs (Gainza, Minalabac, Milaor, San Fernando) ₱20,000 ₱120,000
Southbound (Pasacao, Pamplona, Libmanan, onwards) ₱25,000 ₱120,000

These fees are payable annually, with the performance bond (cash or surety) required to remain active throughout the life of the franchise. All other city taxes and transport-related fees remain in effect
