AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE MENTAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF NAGA, ESTABLISHING MECHANISMS AND GUIDELINES FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF RA. 11036, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
Ordinance No. 2021‑028 of Naga City, enacted on April 27, 2021, institutionalizes mental health care services within the local government by establishing mechanisms and guidelines for its implementation. The ordinance adopts certain provisions of Republic Act No. 11036, the Mental Health Act, and appropriates funds to support mental health initiatives, aiming to enhance access to mental health services and promote mental well-being among residents.
