ORDINANCE NO. 2025-023
AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ARTICLE XXV OF ORDINANCE NO. 93-049, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “THE TRANSPORT AND TRAFFIC CODE OF NAGA CITY”, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-046, BY ESTABLISHING A SEPARATE ROUTE FOR ADDITIONAL TEN (10) UNITS OF SPECIAL TRIMOBILE FRANCHISES THAT SHALL SERVE THE DECA VISTANSA- LANGON OF BARANGAY CARARAYAN, NAGA CITY WHICH SHALL PLY FROM CORNER CARARAYAN ROAD, LANGON, TO DECA VISTANSA AND TOWARDS CARARAYAN PROPER VIA SALUNGUIGUI, AND VICE-VERSA; PROVIDED THAT PLYING ALONG THE MAIN ROAD OF CARARAYAN IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

Be it ordained, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, in session assembled, that:
SECTION 1. Article XXV of the Transport and Traffic Code of Naga City, as amended by Ordinance No. 2022-046 is hereby amended by establishing a separate route for additional ten (10) units of Special Trimobile Franchise for Deca Vistansa-Langon of barangay Cararayan, Naga City which shall ply from corner Cararayan Road, Langon, to Deca Vistansa and towards Cararayan proper via Salunguigui, and vice-versa, provided that plying along the main road of Cararayan is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 2. The trimobile waiting station for these additional units shall be at the designated station used by the current operators;
SECTION 3. The Trimobile Task Force, upon receipt and evaluation of the submitted application/s, shall endorse the same to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for appropriate disposition. The task force, in order to enhance the implementation of this ordinance and fully achieve its purpose, may submit recommendations in accordance hereof.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and publication in a newspaper of local circulation.
