Highlights

ORDINANCE NO. 2024-116

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97-052, ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE RENAMING THE NAGA-CAROLINA-PANICUASON ROAD THAT STRETCHES FROM THE BOUNDARY OF BARANGAY PEÑAFRANCIA UP TO THE CENTRO OF BARANGAY PANICUASON, CITY OF NAGA, AS TECLA SAN ANDRES ZIGA ROAD (NAGA-CAROLINA-PANICUASON ROAD)”, BY CHANGING THE ROAD IDENTIFIED THEREIN TO BALATAS-CARARAYAN-SAN ISIDRO-CAROLINA ROAD:

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 97-052, entitled, “An ordinance renaming the Naga-Carolina-Panicuason road that stretches from the boundary of Barangay Peñafrancia up to the Centro of Barangay Panicuason, City of Naga, as Tecla San Andres Ziga Road (Naga-Carolina-Panicuason Road)”, by changing the road identified therein to Balatas-Cararayan-San Isidro-Carolina Road, Naga City, particularly from the junction of Magsaysay Avenue (coordinates 13°37′53.3″N 123°11′48.7″E) to the junction of Naga-Carolina-Panicuason Road (coordinates 13°39′51.3″N 123°17′27.0″E ).

SECTION 2. The City Engineer’s Office (CEO) and the City Event, Protocol and Public Information Office (CEPPIO) of the City Government of Naga are hereby mandated to install appropriate road signages and street name markers at the road corners along the stretch of the Tecla San Andres Road for public information and guidance.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and publication in a newspaper of local circulation.

ENACTED: October 8, 2024
