This ordinance operationalizes the One Town, One Product (OTOP) Program in Naga City, pursuant to RA 11960, with tailored mechanisms and structures to support the growth of local MSMEs. It provides for, among others:

  • Creation of an OTOP Naga Development Committee and an OTOP Local Program Office (LPO) under the guidance of the Investment Promotions and Tourism Office.
