The ordinance defines Gender-based Sexual Harassment, states reporting and audit requirements, exceptions and penalties, among others. It also calls for strict implementation of an ordinance requiring CCTV cameras in major streets in the city (Ordinance No. 2017-089), establishes a Bawal Bastos Hotline, an Anti-Sexual Harassment Desk, and other provisions.
