This ordinance sets July 31, 2023 as the final deadline for paying the amnesty fee applicable to owners of trimobile-for-hire units whose franchises were either acquired or transferred during the COVID-19 pandemic. The policy aims to regularize affected franchises that operated under emergency circumstances, providing a last-chance window for compliance.
