  • Summary: This ordinance further amends Section 11 of Ordinance No. 92-069, also known as “The Cockfighting Ordinance”. This amendment, which also impacts previous amendments by Ordinance No. 94-015 and Ordinance No. 94-030, specifically limits the frequency of cockfight derbies. Under this amended section, derbies can be held “not more than four (4) times a month in duly licensed cockpit”. The sponsor of this ordinance is Hon. Jose C. Rañola.
