ORDINANCE NO. 2022-025
AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING SECTION 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 92-069, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 94-015 AND ORDINANCE NO. 94-030, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “THE COCKFIGHTING ORDINANCE”: –

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. Section 11 of Ordinance No. 92-069, as amended by Ordinance No. 94-015 and Ordinance No. 94-030, otherwise known as “The Cockfighting Ordinance”, is hereby further amended, now to read as follows:
“SECTION 11. HOLDING OF COCKFIGHTS
Derby shall be held not more than four (4) times a month in duly licensed cockpit.”
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and after publication in a newspaper of local circulation.
