Highlights

This ordinance further amends Section 10 of Ordinance No. 2020-046, as previously amended by Ordinance No. 2020-066, which originally instituted public health, safety, and protection measures against COVID-19 and other emerging infectious diseases. Specifically, this amendment changes the curfew hours in Naga City to be from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The curfew applies to all persons below 18 years of age within the territorial jurisdiction of the City of Naga.
