ORDINANCE NO. 2022-017

AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 2020-046, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-066, ENTITLED: “AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTING MEASURES TO PROMOTE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY AND PROTECTION AGAINST THE CONTINUING THREAT OF COVID-19 OR ANY SUCH EMERGING INFECTIOUS DISEASES, IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”, SPECIFICALLY SECTION 10 THEREOF BY CHANGING THE COVERAGE AND CURFEW HOURS IN NAGA CITY:

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2020-046 as amended by ordinance No. 2020-066, entitled: “An ordinance instituting measures to promote public health, safety and protection against the continuing threat of Covid-19 or any such emerging infectious diseases, imposing penalties for violations thereto, and for other purposes”, is hereby further amended specifically Section 10 thereof by changing the coverage and curfew hours, now to read as follows:

“SECTION 10. Imposition of New Curfew Hours. Curfew hours from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM is hereby imposed upon on all persons below 18 of age within the territorial jurisdiction of the City of Naga.”

SECTION 2. Any provision of existing ordinances, orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and publication in a newspaper of local circulation in Naga City.
