Summary: This ordinance establishes a new “Donation” account for the Water Services Division (WSD) of Naga City. It also reverts a total of Two Million Pesos (P2,000,000.00) from existing capital outlay appropriations. Specifically, One Million Pesos (P1,000,000.00) from “Repair and Maintenance-Infrastructure Assets-Water Supply Assets” and another One Million Pesos (P1,000,000.00) from “Infrastructure Assets-Water Supply Assets” are transferred to the MOOE (Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses) “Donation” account of the WSD. ORDINANCE NO. 2022-012

AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE ACCOUNT “DONATION” AND FURTHER REVERTING THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CAPITAL OUTLAY UNDER “REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE-INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS-WATER SUPPLY ASSETS” AMOUNTING TO ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00) AND FOR “INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS-WATER SUPPLY ASSETS” LIKEWISE FOR ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00) OR A TOTAL OF TWO MILLION PESOS (P2,000,000.00) TO THE MOOE ACCOUNT “DONATION” OF THE WATER SERVICES DIVISION (WSD):

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. – The account “Donation” is hereby created, and further reverted the appropriations for capital outlay under “Repair and Maintenance-Infrastructure Assets-Water Supply Assets” amounting to One Million Pesos (P1,000,000.00) and for “Infrastructure Assets-Water Supply Assets” likewise for One Million Pesos (P1,000,000.00) or a total of Two Million Pesos (P2,000,000.00) to the MOOE account “Donation” of the Water Services Division (WSD);

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: February 8, 2022
