AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING SECTION 134 OF ORDINANCE NO. 93-049, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “TRANSPORT & TRAFFIC CODE OF NAGA CITY”, AS AMENDED, BY ESTABLISHING A SEPARATE ROUTE FOR TEN (10) NEW PADYAK FRANCHISES OF ST. JAMES-ST. ANDREW PADYAK OPERATORS/DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, BARANGAY CONCEPCION GRANDE, NAGA CITY, TO PLY CORNER MAJOR SEMINARY TO M4 BOULEVARD TO ST. JAMES SUBDIVISION UP TO CORNER ALMEDA HIGHWAY AND VICE VERSA:

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. Section 134 of Ordinance No. 93-049, otherwise known as the “Transport & Traffic Code of Naga City”, as amended, is hereby further amended by establishing a separate route for Ten (10) new Padyak Franchises of St. James-St. Andrew Padyak Operators/Drivers Association, Barangay Concepcion Grande, Naga City, to ply corner Major Seminary to M4 Boulevard to St. James Subdivision up to corner Almeda Highway and vice versa;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and publication in a newspaper of local circulation.
