AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE INCREASE OF FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P500.00) ACROSS-THE-BOARD IN STIPEND OF ALL BARANGAY VOLUNTEER WORKERS IN THE CITY OF NAGA, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE CURRENT APPROPRIATION FOR ESSENTIAL COMMUNITY SERVICES
Grants a ₱500 across-the-board increase in monthly stipend for all barangay volunteer workers across Naga City’s 27 barangays, including tanods, health workers, nutrition scholars, educators, and other community-based personnel. Chargeable against the Essential Community Services appropriation. Amends Ordinance No. 2018-112 and retroactively takes effect on January 1, 2022.

AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE INCREASE OF FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P500.00) ACROSS-THE-BOARD IN STIPEND OF ALL BARANGAY VOLUNTEER WORKERS IN THE CITY OF NAGA, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE CURRENT APPROPRIATION FOR ESSENTIAL COMMUNITY SERVICES:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. – A Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) Across-the-Board increase in stipend is hereby granted to all barangay volunteer workers in the city’s twenty seven (27) barangays, chargeable against the current appropriation for Essential Community Services, to wit:
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 2018-112;
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2022.
WE HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing ordinance.
