AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE DEADLINE IN THE PAYMENT OF BUSINESS TAXES, FEES AND CHARGES AND RENEWAL OF BUSINESS PERMITS AND LICENSES WITHOUT PENALTIES AND SURCHARGES FROM JANUARY 20, 2022 TO FEBRUARY 7, 2022, DUE TO UNFAVORABLE EFFECT OF THE PANDEMIC ON BUSINESS OPERATION:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The deadline in the payment of business taxes, fees, and charges and renewal of business permits and licenses without penalties and surcharges is hereby extended from January 20, 2022 to February 7, 2022, due to unfavorable effect of the pandemic on business operation;
SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
