Summary: Ordinance No. 2020-059, enacted on July 7, 2020, establishes regulations for the Shared Service Facility (SSF) located within the Naga City People’s Mall. This SSF houses machines, tools, and equipment donated by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and is situated in a Good Management Practices (GMP)-compliant facility constructed by the City Government. The ordinance prescribes fees for the use of the SSF’s tools and equipment by meat vendors and other food processors. It stipulates an annual escalation rate of 5% on these participation fees.
