Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. – Ordinance No. 2000-071 (Naga City Zoning Ordinance) is hereby further amended by rezoning a parcel of the land with TCT No. 23020 with Deed of Absolute Sale in favor of Bicol Prime Runner Inc. represented by its President, Mr. Rogelio B. Peyra Sr. covering an area 10,000 square meters located at Barangay Cararayan, Naga City, from Residential Zone to Commercial Zone
SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
