This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 2000-071, known as the Naga City Zoning Ordinance, by rezoning a specific parcel of land. The parcel, with TCT No. CARP2017000058, is registered under the name of Ma. Elena N. Sta. Clara. It covers an area of 1,000 square meters located at Zone 1, Barangay Carolina, Naga City. The land’s zoning classification has been changed from Agro-Ecotourism Zone to Residential Zone.
