AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING THE FOURTH TRANCHE COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENT FOR COMPONENT CITIES RETROACTIVE TO JANUARY 1, 2019, FOLLOWING SALARY SCHEDULE FOR SECOND CLASS COMPONENT CITIES AS PROVIDED UNDER ANNEX A-2 OF LOCAL BUDGET CIRCULAR NO. 118 ISSUED ON JANUARY 15, 2019 BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT (DBM)
Summary: This ordinance implements the Fourth Tranche Compensation Adjustment for Component Cities, retroactive to January 1, 2019. This adjustment adheres to the Salary Schedule for Second Class Component Cities, as outlined in Annex A-2 of Local Budget Circular No. 118, issued by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) on January 15, 2019. The ordinance was enacted based on a joint and collective motion.
