AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 (c) OF ORDINANCE NO. 2022-071, ENTITLED, “AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING FOR THE REDUCTION OF FARES FOR PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLES IN NAGA CITY, REVISING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-031, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”, BY INCREASING THE AUTHORIZED PASSENGER CAPACITY OF ETRIKE FROM FOUR TO SIX PASSENGERS:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. Section 1 (c) of Ordinance No. 2022-071 entitled, “An ordinance prescribing for the reduction of fares for public utility vehicles in Naga City, revising city ordinance no. 2022-031, and for other purposes”, is hereby amended by increasing the authorized passenger capacity of Etrike from four to six passengers, now to read as follows:
“SECTION 1.
(c) Etrike – Six (6) passengers
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
