AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF ELEVEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P11,130,000.00) FROM SAVINGS FROM OTHER GENERAL SERVICES, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO COVER THE GRANT OF GRATUITY PAY TO ALL JOB ORDER AND CONTRACTUAL PERSONNEL OF THE NAGA CITY GOVERNMENT AT TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) EACH PURSUANT TO ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 45, AND ENCOURAGING THE NAGA CITY SCHOOL BOARD TO GRANT SIMILAR BENEFIT TO SCHOOL-BASED WORKERS FUNDED BY THE CITY GOVERNMENT
