AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P600,000.00) FROM OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD TO DONATIONS-AICS UNDER THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE DEVELOPMENT OFFICE
Summary: This ordinance reverts the amount of ₱600,000.00 from the “Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses” of the Sangguniang Panlungsod to “Donations–AICS” under the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO). The purpose of this budget realignment is to augment funds for the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) program, enabling the city to provide financial aid to constituents in need, especially in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. The ordinance takes effect immediately upon its approval.
