Summary: This ordinance reverts the amount of ₱600,000.00 from the “Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses” of the Sangguniang Panlungsod to “Donations–AICS” under the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO). The purpose of this budget realignment is to augment funds for the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) program, enabling the city to provide financial aid to constituents in need, especially in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. The ordinance takes effect immediately upon its approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 2020-114

ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P600,000.00) FROM OTHER MAΙΝΤΕΝΑNCE & OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD TO DONATIONS-AICS UNDER THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO):-

Sponsor: Hon. Elmer S. Baldemoro

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. – The amount of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P600,000.00) from Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses of the Sangguniang Panlungsod is hereby reverted to Donations-AICS under the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO);

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted: December 1, 2020
