This ordinance directs the City Health Office (CHO) to provide primary health care services on a regular basis to persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) at the Naga City District Jail, using its in-house clinic. Key elements include:

  • CHO shall assign health personnel to render care at least two hours per month, or more frequently when necessary.
  • Coverage includes both male and female dormitories.
  • Ensures access to preventive and basic medical attention for PDLs as part of the city’s commitment to inclusive health.
