On joint and collective motion

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. The total amount of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Seventy Five Thousand One Hundred Fifty Six Pesos (P13,575,156,00) from Other Personnel Benefits in the budget of the different departments and offices is hereby reverted to unappropriated balance, and appropriated therefrom the total amount of Nine Million Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Four Pesos (P9,030,460.00) to Salaries and Wages-Regular and the total amount of Four Million Five Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos (P4,544,460.00) to Salaries and Wages-Casual of the same departments offices to cover the corresponding salary and wage adjustments of permanent and casual employees, respectively, for the full implementation of the Third Tranche of the 2019 Salary Standardization Law (Republic Act No. 114661), and per Local Budget Circular No. 143 dated January 3, 2022 of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM);

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect retroactive January 1, 2022.
