AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2020-072, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (PWD) CODE OF NAGA CITY”, BY AMENDING SECTION 45 THEREOF, TO INCREASE THE TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE OF NAGA CITY FEDERATION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (NCFPWD) OFFICERS FROM FIVE HUNDRED PESOS TO ONE THOUSAND PESOS PER MONTH

Amends Section 45 of the Naga City PWD Code (Ordinance No. 2020-072) to increase the monthly transportation allowance for officers of the Naga City Federation of Persons with Disability and sub-sector presidents from ₱500 to ₱1,000, subject to attendance and proper documentation.
Applies retroactively from January 1, 2022.
