Summary: This ordinance further amends Section 119, Chapter XVI of Ordinance No. 92-048, also known as the “Revised Sanitary Code of Naga City” (as amended by Ordinance Nos. 98-109), by increasing the penalties for various violations. The objective is to deter infractions and enhance the enforcement of the sanitary code.
