Summary: Ordinance No. 2020-099, enacted on October 20, 2020 , waives the interest, surcharges, and penalties for monthly stall rentals at the Naga City People’s Mall for the period from March to December 2020. This waiver is contingent on the payment of rentals for those months by December 25, 2020. The ordinance specifies that surcharges or penalties billed by Camarines Sur Electric Cooperative II (CASURECO II) and/or Metro Naga Water District will still be charged as scheduled. Any surcharges or penalties that may have already been paid during this period will be applied to the stallholders’ future rental obligations.
