AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2014-051 KNOWN AS “AN ORDINANCE GOVERNING THE OPERATION OF THE TEMPORARY EASTBOUND TERMINAL IN THE PROPERTY OWNED BY RUBY SHELTER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TEMPORARY ENTRY AND EXIT ROUTE THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
Summary: Ordinance No. 2020-061, enacted on July 14, 2020, amends Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2014-051, which governs the operation of the Temporary Eastbound Terminal located on the property owned by Ruby Shelter Development Corporation at the Central Business District. The amendment specifically designates temporary entry and exit routes for the terminal and outlines implementing mechanisms. This includes the Bicol Central Station (BCS) Administrator assuming full administration of the temporary Eastbound Terminal, organizing staff for collection and reporting, and general supervision of order and safety. The Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) Committee on Public Utility is designated for oversight and is mandated to report semestraly on the terminal’s operation.
