ORDINANCE NO. 2020-041

Summary: This ordinance appropriates Nine Million Pesos (P9,000,000.00) from the “Welfare Goods” account of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO). This fund is allocated to various city departments and offices to cover Hazard Pay for personnel who rendered service during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) from March 17 to April 30, 2020, at a rate of P200.00 per day. Additionally, it provides a Special Risk Allowance for public health workers who were directly in contact with COVID-19 suspected or confirmed patients, at a maximum of 25% of their monthly pay.
