AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL PRIVATE HEALTH FACILITIES IN THE CITY OF NAGA SUBMISSION ON A MONTHLY BASIS NOT LATER THAN THE 5TH DAY OF THE SUCCEEDING MONTH, ALL HIV/AIDS TEST REPORT TO THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE FOR MONITORING, ASSESSMENT, EVALUATION, INTERVENTION AND CONTAINMENT
