ORDINANCE NO. 2019-061

Summary:

1. Approves issuance of 54 new city trimobile plate numbers for the White Zone Special Franchise route (Balatas–Cararayan).

2. Establishes a cost-recovery fee of ₱2,200 total per franchise, to be paid in three equal installments upon renewal of the Mayor’s Permit in 2020–2022: ₱733.33 each year.

3. Ordinance was enacted on August 13, 2019, and took effect upon approval and publication in a local newspaper. Enforcement and compliance are coordinated through the City Treasurer’s Office.
