Summary:
Approves issuance of 54 new city trimobile plate numbers for the White Zone Special Franchise route (BalatasโCararayan).
Establishes a cost-recovery fee of โฑ2,200 total per franchise, to be paid in three equal installments upon renewal of the Mayorโs Permit in 2020โ2022: โฑ733.33 each year.
Ordinance was enacted on August 13, 2019, and took effect upon approval and publication in a local newspaper. Enforcement and compliance are coordinated through the City Treasurerโs Office.
