The 14th Sangguniang Panlungsod, in fitting ceremonies during Flag Ceremonies on Monday, 1 August  2022, handed copies of resolutions commending and congratulating educators and students for recent achievements.

  • Francesco Gabriel Capaciete, grade 1 pupil of St. Joseph School, for winning a Silver Award in the 2022 International Kanaroo Mathematics Competition-PH held by the Mathematics Trainer’s Guild Philippines on March 19, 2022. (Resoluton No. 2022-690)
  • Miguel Antonio C. Lapuz, grade 5 pupil of St. joseph School, for winning a Merit Award in the Upper Primary Division of the Mathemtics Competition-PH held by the Mathematics Trainer’s Guild Philippines on March 19, 2022. (Resolution No. 2022-692)
  • Earl Dwight R. Serrado of Universitty of Nueva Caceres, former City Youth Admnistrator 2019, for being awarded as Summa Cum Laude and awarded with Special Student Academic Award and Servce Award in the University’s 75th Commencement Exercises last June 24, 2022. (Resolution No. 2022-669)
  • Universidad de Sta. Isabel for producing two of the Ten Outstanding Student Teachers in Bicol by the Council of Deans for Teacher Education (CODTE) and the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators, INC. (PAFTE) Bicol Chapter last May 16, 2022. (Resolution No. 2022-673)
  • Monica Cameron Daye Pante of Universidad de Sta. Isabel for having been conferred as the Top 4 for the Elementary Category of the Ten Outstanding Student Teachers in Bicol by the Council of Deans for Teacher Education (CODTE) and the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators, INC. (PAFTE) Bicol Chapter last May 16, 2022. (Resoluton No. 2022-674)
  • Joshua Mark A. Bautista of Universidad de Sta. Isabel for having been conferred as the Top 1 for the Secondary Category of the Ten Outstanding Student Teachers in Bicol by the Council of Deans for Teacher Education (CODTE) and the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators, INC. (PAFTE) Bicol Chapter last May 16, 2022. (Resolution No. 2022-675)
  • Ma. Angelica de Hitta for graduating as Cum Laude under the Bachelor of Science in Meteorology at the Bicol University. (Resolution No. 2022-670)

One Nagueño was commended for acts of honesty:

  • Oliver C. Panis, an e-trike driver of the Metro Naga Vehicle Transport Servce Cooperative, for his display of honesty by returning a bag containing laptop, cash, and other items to its rightful owner on July 15, 2022. (Resolution No. 2022-691)
