Summary: Ordinance No. 2021-026, enacted on April 20, 2021 , amends Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2020-094. This amendment extends the effectivity of the 50% monthly rental waiver for stalls at the Bicol Central Station, including the Viajero Hotel on the second floor. The waiver is valid from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021, or until northbound bus trips resume, specifically for stalls that closed during the GCQ (General Community Quarantine) but reopened upon its lifting. The ordinance was sponsored by several councilors including Hon. Gregorio R. Abonal, Hon. Salvador M. del Castillo, Hon. Ghiel G. Rosales, Hon. Jose C. Rañola, Hon. Jose B.
