  • Requires underground transfer of wires (power, telecom, TV/cable) in declared priority zones; bans new poles and overhead wires in those areas.

    • Power providers: based on a joint feasibility study and approval.
    • Telecom/TV/cable: within 6 months of conduit completion or area declaration.
