AN ORDINANCE REGULATING SIDEWALK VENDING AND ALLIED ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT I (CBD-I) AND OTHER PLACES IN THE CITY OF NAGA, IDENTIFYING THE AREAS WHERE SUCH ACTIVITIES SHALL BE ALLOWED, THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES TO BE SOLD/OFFERED, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF
