Summary: This ordinance further amends Ordinance No. 2000-071 (Naga City Zoning Ordinance). It approves the rezoning of a parcel of land, identified by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 49746, owned by Mr. Richard T. Dy. The land covers an area of 15,561 square meters and is located at Km. 5, Barangay Pacol, Naga City. The reclassification changes the zone from residential to commercial.
