ORDINANCE NO. 2022-024

AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-071 (NAGA CITY ZONING ORDINANCE) BY REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND WITH TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 49746 REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF MR. RICHARD T. DY COVERING AN AREA 15,561 SQUARE METERS, LOCATED AT KM. 5, BARANGAY PACOL, NAGA CITY, FROM RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO THE COMPLIANCE OF ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AS IMPOSED UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 2000-071:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2000-071 (Naga City Zoning Ordinance) is hereby further amended by rezoning a parcel of the land with Transfer Certificate of Title No. 49746 registered in the name of Mr. Richard T. Dy covering an area 15,561 square meters, located at Km. 5, Barangay Pacol, Naga City, from residential to commercial zone, subject to the compliance of all the requirements as imposed under Ordinance No. 2000-071;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: March 29, 2022
