AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF THIRTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P13,270,000.00) FROM SAVINGS FROM THE EXISTING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PERSONAL SERVICES, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO COVER THE GRANT OF SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE TO ALL PERMANENT AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES OF THE NAGA CITY GOVERNMENT AT TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) EACH PURSUANT TO ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 45

Summary: This ordinance reverts Thirteen Million Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (P13,270,000.00) from savings in existing appropriations for Personal Services and re-appropriates this amount to fund a Service Recognition Incentive of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) for each permanent and casual employee of the Naga City Government, in accordance with Administrative Order No. 45.
