Summary: This ordinance imposes new general curfew hours in Naga City, further amending Ordinance No. 2020-046 (as previously amended by Ordinance Nos. 2020-066 and 2021-051). The curfew is now from 12:00 midnight to 4:00 AM and applies to all persons within the territorial jurisdiction of Naga City. During these hours, individuals are prohibited from being in public places such as streets, parks, playgrounds, subdivision roads, and facilities where no legitimate business is normally transacted at night, or in vacant/idle lots and abandoned structures. Businesses operating only for fixed periods must close by 12:00 midnight, while 24/7 businesses must ensure they do not harbor curfew violators. An additional hour is granted for workers to reach home after 12:00 midnight, provided they show a valid ID. All activities not regulated by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on Emerging Infectious Diseases are covered by this ordinance.
