AN ORDINANCE STRENGTHENING THE INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE IN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF NAGA BY ESTABLISHING THE NAGA CITY INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES OFFICE (NCIASO), CREATING CERTAIN PLANTILLA POSITIONS THEREOF, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
This ordinance strengthens internal audit functions within the City Government of Naga by establishing the Naga City Internal Audit Service Office (NCIASO), creating plantilla positions, assigning functions across management and operations audit divisions, and prescribing compliance with relevant legal and professional standards. It aims to improve governance transparency, public accountability, and organizational efficiency
