Summary: This ordinance appropriates Three Million Five Hundred Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five Pesos ($P3,516,225.00$) under the “Land” account of the City Engineer’s Office, chargeable against the 2019 Surplus. This amount is to cover the payment of just compensation for certain landowners (Mr. Napoleon Sarto and Heirs of Juan Sarto) and Documentary Stamp Tax. This appropriation is in connection with the ongoing construction of the access road to the Sanitary Landfill in Barangay San Isidro, Naga City.
