ORDINANCE NO. 2019-077

Summary:
This ordinance reverts ₱1,039,820 from the city’s Capital Outlay account back to the unappropriated balance and immediately reallocates the same amount to the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) of the City Engineer’s Office. The reprogrammed funds are designated for urgent maintenance works at key facilities:

• Bicol Science & Technology Centrum

• City College of Naga

• Raul S. Roco Library

• The Iriga-Naga Coliseum

This strategic reallocation ensures that critical infrastructure under the City Engineer’s Office receives timely upkeep and improvements.
