Summary: This ordinance amends Section 63, A. 2.2, Article XVIII of Naga City’s “The Codified Transport and Traffic Code” (Ordinance No. 93-049). The amendment specifically designates that terminals for northbound Public Utility Jeepneys (PUJs) shall be established in areas outside the Central Business District, starting from Arana Street and extending North. All inconsistent ordinances, rules, and regulations are modified or repealed. The ordinance became effective upon its approval.
